Our newly-created Cool Compact Forum at our manufacturing facility in Grosselfingen provides an ideal platform for seminars and training courses. Here, we offer hands-on events and informational seminars.
When operating a commercial refrigeration unit there are certain fundamentally important technical aspects that need to be considered. For any questions regarding location, external single-cooling unit, acoustic, heat and noise emissions we’ll gladly offer our advice and support to our customers.
In 80 training courses per year, we inform and educate our end customers about - for example - the controlled food preparation system. These seminars are offered and can be attended at one of our local commercial kitchen wholesale partners or at one of our nationwide training facilities (e.g. trade schools).
After your purchase, we offer continued support to our clients. We work closely with chefs and industry professionals. After the unit’s installation, our experienced support staff advises clients on location and provides valuable hands-on information based on their very own practical experiences with the daily operation of our appliances.
It is only with the conceptual integration of all technical possibilities that the performance capacity of a commercial refrigeration unit can be fully utilized. In order to do so, it is oftentimes necessary to adjust existing daily working routines and procedures.
